Superior Mortgage is dedicated to providing quality appraisal reports to our origination channels. Our process for appraiser approval, appraiser selection, ordering appraisals and compensating appraisers is fully compliant with the Dodd-Frank Act.
In order to be considered for inclusion on Superior Mortgage's list of approved appraisers, each appraiser must apply online through this website. The application process is a simple procedure.
Step 1
Read the terms and conditions of the Appraiser Acknowledgement and indicate your acceptance.
Step 2
Complete the online Appraiser Application.
Step 3
Superior Mortgage requires that all approved appraisers provide required documentation as well as sample appraisals of:
- Single Family Appraisal
- 2 - 4 Unit Appraisal
- Condo Appraisal
NOTE: National Appraisal Management Companies (AMC) do not need to complete individual applications or provide documentation for all their appraisers. See the Note on the Appraiser Acknowledgement.

To report any possible improper influencing or attempted improper influencing of the appraisal process you can contact compliance at 866-885-5179 or HVCCcompliance@supmort.com. If we determine there has been any improper conduct we will report it to the Independent Valuation Protection Institute or any other relevant regulatory body, except as otherwise required by law, your name and identifying information will be kept confidential.
